Roadstone has helped lay the groundwork for a new iconic landmark in Cork city, with the successful opening concrete pour of The Railyard apartments complex.
This 25-story development is set to stand at over 85.5 meters tall, making it the tallest residential building on the island of Ireland, while also providing over 200 new affordable homes.
Marking the start of structural works, a fleet of 20 trucks delivered 112 loads of concrete during the 15-hour operation.
Completing the pour within schedule required seamless co-ordination between our Dispatch, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams, as well as close collaboration with the project contractor, PJ Hegarty & Sons.
With the foundations now in place, our teams are back on site supporting the next stages of this impressive build.
