The Up-Flo™ Filter is an innovative surface water filtration technology that delivers a high-performance multi-stage treatment train within a single device.
Up-Flo® Filter is an advanced stormwater best management practice (BMP) that combines sedimentation, screening, and filtration to remove sediment, oils, heavy metals, and nutrients—achieving up to 98% total suspended solids (TSS) removal.

- ·Stormwater enters the chamber through an inlet pipe or grate and begins to fill the chamber.
- ·Flow is directed upward through angled screens and Filter Modules. Sediment and debris settle in the sump. Oil and floatables rise to the surface.
- ·Treated water passes through the Filter Module and exits via the Outlet Module into the outlet pipe.
- ·Excess flows are diverted through a Siphonic Bypass, which also acts as a baffle to retain oil and floatable debris.
- ·After a storm, water drains through a filtered Drain Down Port, preventing pollutant leaching and preserving filter media between events.

Maintenance involves removing sediment, floatables, oils, and debris from the sump using a standard sump vac or vactor truck. Media bags are easily replaced by hand, no heavy lifting equipment needed. Configurations are available to avoid confined space entry and include working platforms for safer access.Can the Up-Flo® Filter accept two inlet pipes?
