Jointing Sand

From Castlestone to Cobblesett & Urbana, all non permeable paving surfaces need to have a jointing sand applied.

When the dried sand is applied to the finished paved surface, the fine particles go between the joints and creates a seal between the paving. This helps to prevent the water from entering the sub-base and disturbing the washed grit that the paving is laid on.

Roadstone offers two types of jointing sand.

Regular Jointing Sand – Ideal for all paving except for Bergerac or open jointed paving.

Stablising Sand – Used for open jointed paving. Specially designed to stick when it gets wet.

Our retail locations are designed to supply all your paving & building needs. From various sub-base materials and paving sands, to bags of cement and mortar, for collection or delivery.
