Roadstone owns and operates two Mineral Processing Plants in Ireland. Killough Quarry is located adjacent to the Cork-Dublin Motorway (M8). Killough Quarry encompasses a large portion of Killough Hill. Killough Hill is a very high purity limestone escarpment which is surrounded by agricultural land in Co. Tipperary.
Castlemore Quarry is a high purity Limestone reserve which is located 25km west of Cork City, adjacent to the N22.
Roadstone currently produces and supplies a range of Mineral Products from its Roadstone Minerals facilities, which include;

– Agricultural Fertilizer Grade Filler Grit
– Glass Grade Grit
– Ground Agricultural Limestone
These products have been supplied using very high purity limestone to a broad range of customers throughout the country including;
Glass Manufacturing, Animal Feed Production, Industrial Processes, Energy Generating Industries, Fertilizer Manufacturing and the production of a wide range of construction products from Roof Tiles to Road Surfacing Materials.
Both Killough & Castlemore Production Facilities are ISO9001 accredited for the production of Mineral Products and also hold FEMAS accreditation and are registered with the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine for the production of Animal Feed Products .
